This is a quick and easy to make peanut butter chocolate bar. It’s low in carbs, low in sugar, so you won’t be experiencing and sugar high or sugar crush. However, it’s just as calorie dense as a regular chocolate so don’t go overboard.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 tbsp coconut manna (coconut butter – melted)
4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp powdered sugar substitute (I use Swerve)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp sliced almonds (optional)

I used cashew butter and sprinkled sea salt, 1 tbsp raisins and 1tbsp chopped cashews (or macadamias) on top in lieu of almonds. Yum! Tons of calories but a nice little snack that helped me avoid my kids’ Easter chocolates 🙂

I don’t like sweet treats but I made this today, I couldn’t find the coconut butter, so I made my own ( just coconut flakes in a food processor) put less powder sugar substitute, and I add more nuts, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, and sunflower seeds, it is delicious
I think I’m going to finish the entire thing myself

Hi Zuzka, I have been making this a lot because my whole family loves it! I made it tonight but I changed a bit; I sprinkled some dried lavender flowers & Himalyan pink salt on the top. It turned out just amazing! I definitely recommend it. So decadent & delicious! xoxo
