    Hi, Zuzka!
Keto diet is better to start under the supervision of a doctor, if i don’t have anything health problems?

Typically, you don’t need a supervision of a doctor to follow a diet, however we always suggest you ask your doctor for an advice especially if you have any health problems that a new diet might interfere with.

I want to try this diet plan but my hang up is this… is all the meals meant for 1 person or could I make it and feed my family of 4 off of it? Or just quadruple the amount I make for dinners?

Usually servings are listed so you could just multiply

    Hi Zuz,
Day 4 and my blood says 2.2 yay!! It was easy (no keto flu) as I was still following your low carb plan & work out with you everyday…

Question, I am in nutritional ketosis, but am I just burning all the extra fat that I am eating or does ketosis mean you are burning stored fat? Sorry if that sounds silly, but I am small and still scared of all the extra calories. But I am only eating what I need 😉

    Food is awesome too!!

I get mine from Bulletproof itself (online, eg. via amazon) but I do not know if it is the best one. Worked for me..

    Dear Zuzka,

I am a vegetarian BUT I do eat fish (a l o t) and do not want to live without seafood!

Now I do not know if I should tweak this meal plan or wait for the vegetarian version (which I also had to tweak to include seafood!) So my question(s):

    1. How many meat meals are in this keto meal plan? And
    2. Can I replace the meat _randomly_ by salmon, tuna and shrimps without making the keto fail??

    OR

    3. Should I rather wait for the vegetarian version? If so, when approximately do you think you’d release it?

Thanks so much for all you do!!

    Hi Zuzka,

Would it be possible to tell us how many
meals per day/week include meat and especially red meat? I eat fish and occasionally poultry but avoid red meat. I suppose it would not make much of a difference if substituting for example bacon with salmon or trout.

    Danks,
    Kath

Yes, you are right…Didn’t pay attention… and it was right before my comment.

That’s totally OK – even very cool because this way, I see, that the question is relevant to more people! ^^

Did you see Zu answering the question somewhere else by chance? I am waiting for her reply to purchase (either this one or the plant based one).

No, did not see any answer so far. But maybe she makes another coffee talk beginning this week as there are many with questions. You might want to wait a bit!
But I would be interested how it would work, any of the two plans…in case you are willing to share. Good luck!

That’s a great hint! So then I will wait for the coffee talk! I hope, it is up soon and addresses the question because I want to get started 🙂 I can give feedback after I’ve done so (which option ever).. lots of love

While I’m not sure about replacements (I’d hate to steer you in the wrong direction! I don’t know anything about that!), maybe I can help a LITTLE with what I’ve seen, so far! 😊 I’m only finishing up week one, and there’s been 2 meals (if I remember right) with bacon (though, the bacon wasn’t the main focus of the meals. There’s surely something out there with similar macros to replace, but I’m nowhere near qualified to make suggestions. 😛) And a meal with some shrimp. I noticed more meals with bacon and more with shrimp for the second week. Browsing, briefly through week by week, I noticed a little bit of chicken in there, as well…and near the end, a few meals with some beef cuts. A few weeks in, I saw a nice number, focused on fish. To ME, it seems like the focus isn’t on meats, but, rather, meat mixed in. (with the exception of a few sprinkled in there with fish as the main part…and those with the steak. Maybe someone else might be able to offer advice as to swap outs for those).

Also…it didn’t SEEM like a lot of meat to me…but, then again, I wasn’t paying too much attention, since I don’t need to swap it out, in my case. It might seem like a lot for someone who’s a complete vegetarian (but with swap options…maybe not?)…but might not be so bad for a pescatarian. It would be rough for a vegan diet, as there’s lots of dairy…and a decent amount of eggs.

I hope that helps at least a little! 😊

Hey there! Thanks so much for the answer! So there are a few bacon and chicken meals yet the meat is not the main ingredient even in those.. Thanks a lot!

That’s what I’ve noticed SO far. Though, I have noticed a FEW recipes in there later on (by the 3rd week, I think?) with fish as a main dish…and just a few with beef cuts as a main. (I think one or two with chicken as a main, too). But since the majority of the meals don’t have meat as the focal point, it could be possible to swap something out with similar macros, I’d guess. Or just swap for a day that uses no (or little) meat. 😊

    Hi!
Maybe this is a silly question, but is it 79.99$ each month or for the whole program but you pay it during six months?
Greetings from Croatia, and thank you for the answer 🙂

Hi Zuzka, I purchased the plant based and shred plan, I loved them! They were so easy to follow too. Unfortunately, I didn’t lose any weight. I’m thinking on purchasing the your Keto plan, but I am unable to eat eggs, since I can’t see the plan before buying it, could you tell me if this would be something I could do? I know Keto diets are always full of eggs.
    Thank you so much,
    Luda
