Wow that’s really helped me see my mistakes!! I eat way too fast just trying to get meal time over and done with. Going to really try and savour my food from now on and hopefully be able to tell when I’ve had enough. Thank you x

Hi, Zuzka! I adore you! Are you Vegan?

I’m not Vegan. I’ve been on Plant Based Diet for couple months now, however it’s not a 100% vegan. I have a dairy product here and there and I have limited meat to abut 3-4 meals per month.

Do you still put butter in your coffee?

I’ve been on a Vegan diet for the past few months so I’ve been using Coconut oil only – it’s not the same… I do miss my butter 🙂 but I have to follow the rules for now to track what this diet does to my body.

very interesting, if possible I hope you can write some articles for us when youve come to conclusions, Zuzka. Theres a lot of popularity now for plant based, but so much conflicting info out there when it comes to the pros and cons of animal products, Id value your opinion!

Hi,Zuzka!I need your advice. How can I train, if in a week I will have an operation to remove the veins on my legs. The doctor allowed to study only after two weeks and then only aerobic training. With a weight you can only a month and until more than 20 kg. What kind of training will you advise? Thanks

I would suggest to listen to your doctor. I think any operation requires time for recovery and you shouldn’t stress your body too soon. You probably don’t want to create too much pressure in that area so no jumping for a while, just low impact, easy pace workouts for the whole months. Aerobic exercise means you should not get out of breath. If you can breath and talk normally during a workout, you’re doing an aerobic exercise. If you’re having operation on your calves, then I would definitely avoid heel raises for a few weeks until it heals.

Hi zuzka! You never eat some ice cream?

I do eat ice cream here and there, but I’m picky and if I do eat a dessert, I go for a high quality dessert less often rather than eating cheap junk food all the time.

Gracias por tu respuesta, yo tambien soy exigente, pero a veces me gusta disfrutar de un rico helado jaja

what do you recommend for someone trying to gain more lean mass (loss fat keep muscle), in terms of diet. Would it be right to limit carbs, and stick to mostly veggies, meats and healthy fats?

Yes absolutely. You can totally build lean muscles on a low carb diet. The way to build muscles is to really stress them with consistent and intensive training, so you want to do at least 4-5 hard workouts a week in the ZGYM to see progress and then you have to eat foods that will help with recovery – whole foods nothing processed or unhealthy. The Z-Shred Meal Plan is great for building lean muscles – you would just have to make a slight change and skip the intermittent fasting.

Hello,
Im thinking about purchasing the membership but I had a question. Im an athletic female (I go to the gym a few times a week and have a physically demanding job.) Im new to this type of exercise (I usually do heavy gym weights and running) but im looking to tone down and lean my muscles. Is this program going to challenge me?

I would suggest you to follow the weekly workout schedule and see how it feels. These workouts are challenging especially for someone who’s not used to this type of training. Let me know your thoughts after you do a workout or two so I can help you navigate through the workouts and programs.

Hi Zuzka, will you be creating an app in the future to support your workouts? Also wondering what advice you have for living with junk foodies? I have no self control 😩. I reach for something healthy and my hubby eats sweets next to me it’s so hard. I guess I lack commitment. Is there something that you suggest to help overcome this ? Thanks you are amazing inspiration! : )

Hi Zuzka! what are your thought around fitness trackers? TIA
Private Member |
lake tahoe, nv, usa
I don’t have one yet, so I don’t really have an opinion, but a lot of people enjoy tracking everything from sleep and heart beat to the amount of steps they took or calories they burned. I think I’d go crazy 🙂 haha If I get a tracker, I will share it.
