    I’m new to following you, Zuzka, and I have grown to look forward to Coffee Talk especially! I think you made some great sense in this one and laid the truth out there: Feed your soul first and foremost and be mindful. I thoroughly agree. Thank you for all that you do to make the world a healthier place.

    Amazing video!!! I have realized lately that I need to really evaluate and change my view on food. I feel like I HAVE to eat 3 meals and 3 snacks everyday even when I am not hungry but this is not the case.

    I always enjoy your coffee talks and am so grateful to you for taking the time out to do them! I think this one especially hit home for me as I’m currently reading Brene Brown’s “The Gifts Of ImperfectionL and it falls in line with your advice to focus on ourselves, stay mindful, and tune into our souls. With that being said, I find it difficult to judge satiety signals when I eat a lot of veggies. Sometimes I snack on baby carrots while preparing dinner (because I’m hungry!) and I’ll eat a nice salad with some protein and then finish feeling bloated. It’s not a huge, calorie-laden meal but I know all of the veggies contribute to major fullness. Not necessarily satiety but fullness. Maybe this is why your meals tend to be more calorie dense and smaller portions? Please correct me if I’m wrong. I just want to learn and understand. Thank you again!

    How nice! Very nice coffee talk! Gary Taubes impact ๐Ÿ˜€ So good you did this video…the message should be spread about the calorie theory being debunked many years ago and still so many people obsessively following it and doing harm to their health :-/

    I’m going to try working on this thank you, definitely helps. I eat well during the week it’s the weekends that sometimes get to me! I also just wish those veggies tasted as good as that pizza! ๐Ÿ™‚
