Thank you for the great coffee talk Zuzka! Not sure if you’re interested in additional coffee talk subjects but two topics have been weighing heavy on my mind, and I know you may be able to share some of your own personal wisdom. I have been interested in getting breast implants for years, and I wasn’t sure if you had any advice regarding the process, cost, recovery and/or overall experience. The other topic was regarding breakups/divorce. I unfortunately am in the process of recovery from an unfortunate split and am realizing my own strength through the process, but wasn’t sure if you had any additional words of wisdom to brighten my life as you do. If these topics don’t appeal no worries, I am and will always appreciate all you do for us Zuzka. You’re a beautiful bright soul and we’re lucky to have found you, I hope you have a wonderful day!

Dear Z. I heard in your coffee talk about the (new) ZShred Meal Plan, that you will work on a balanced veggie version of the meal plan. Do you have it yet? I want to buy the program. Should I wait for the vegetarian version to come? Or will it be available for free to all who bought the current version? Thanks & lots of love! You’re still the best 😉

By the way: About “listening to ourselves when eating” etc… Oh my god. Pumpkin oil, guys. I am obsessed with it and to be honest, if I’d listen to myself, I’d go to bed with it! :)) lots of love

    Hi Z,

I was curious of your thoughts regarding running. I have been a runner since I can remember; played softball my entire life until 19 and then began running 4-6 miles per day before I had my twins. My twins are now almost 5 and I have never had the time since to run like I used to, however, I have noticed more leg pain and my body has just stopped responding to the workout as a whole. I have been doing your workouts for a little over a month now and I absolutely love them. I feel more of a change than ever in my body. Do you think running is as important or beneficial as we were once led to believe? I dread the run now and barely get 1.5 miles out of myself before I’m over it. I would much rather spend that time doing more of your workouts! Any thoughts or advice on this topic?

    Thank you,

    Lauren

In my opinion and from what I’ve learned, long distance running is not as beneficial as interval running and changing it up a lot – sprint, walk, jog. When it comes to overall conditioning and improving your athletic ability, moving your body in different directions, calisthenics and some weight training is far more beneficial.

Thank you Zuz. I think, most people have lost the connection to themselves. Me too. And it’s hard to get back, but it’s the best way for getting lean, getting lucky, getting powerfull, getting thankfull, getting … everything. Have a nice day!

So much information to digest, no pun intended. Looking at the hawaiian pizza next to all of the vegetables was an eye opener. I personally have never been nor will I ever be a calorie counter, I think it’s a waste of time. It may work for some people and that’s great but I don’t find it helpful. I wholeheartedly agree about listening to your body and being in touch with your emotions. I also never understood how people eat fast. I’m always the last at the table, I eat slow and never until I am stuffed. I eat just enough to where I am 4 or between 3 and 4 if I have dinner earlier than normal. Lots of great information, Z.

I wish i could be like u, but would the hunger game rating be enough to get me to where u and zuzka r ? And how long would that take?

        Muna,
Honestly I think it has a lot to do with discipline and listening to what your body is telling you. I’m not perfect and I don’t always eat until just full, but if you practice doing it you can make it a habit. I am no where near how disciplined Zuzka is, however I am working towards eating until the 4 hunger game rating more often. It will take time and discipline but just note how you feel. If you eat to much and feel slow and lazy then you know you ate too much, next time just be mindful of how you felt when you have overeaten. Make sure you are hydrated, sometimes when I feel hungry I drink a bottle of water and that usually satisfies me for a while until its time to actually eat. Be patient with yourself and your progress.

I’ve been following Zuzka for years and I am still a work in progress 🙂

It’s more sense and I agree!!! I don’t believe in counting either, plus it’s too much work.
