Z-SHRED FAT LOSS MEAL PLAN - Coffee Talk with Z
Blog | June 01, 2017
You guys also asked why are the meals in the plan repeating – don’t worry you won’t have to cook the same meal again and again – you’re going to cook once and eat twice or three times. This meal plan is for those of you who have busy life, which is often the reason why people fail to eat healthy. Most people don’t have the time to cook all their meals every day. I don’t have time for that either. I always make extra portions when I cook to have meals ready for the next day. It also helps to save you money and not waste food. Now if you’re someone who can afford to waste food, cook three times a day, and doesn’t like to eat leftovers, then I guess this meal plan is not for you 🙂

Hi Zu,
Subjects for a coffee talk in the future.. breaking through a weight loss plateau? How to push through that or suggestions on how to overcome it, or your opinion if it’s even a real thing lol. Also, maybe your opinion on fat burners and other fat loss supplements?
Thanks!

I LOVE this meal plan. I’ve always struggled to find a meal plan I can stick to, because I cook for my husband too. He likes variety and often complains about the food I make when it’s from a meal plan. With this plan, he has LOVED everything! It’s also reignited my love of cooking! The meals are simple, fast to make, and always delicious! I look forward to making (and eating) dinner again!!
Zuzka, I have followed you since 2008, and I love all that you do!! Thanks so much for your hard work!💖💖💖

Hi!
I’ve been doing your workouts for a while and love it.
Is there any way you could make a light program for pregnant women? It’s very early days for me, I can do the regular workouts, but would love to keep excercising as the pregnancy progresses.
Maybe there would be other subscribers who might be interested as well:-).
Thanks!

Hi again Zuzka,
Unfortunately my pregnancy from the fall didn’t stick but I’m pregnant again and hopefully out of the woods with this one.
In the interim, I’ve followed your advanced workouts until my energy plummeted in my first trimester (week 10 now:-)
I can’t do the low impact full body right now, but would really appreciate if you would make some appropriate yoga excercises available for us preggos:-). It may not be your focus but maybe you could do it:-). I hope to return to bunny slope or something basic in the post partum period and work up from there.
I really like your programs!
Thanks
Maja
