Hi Zuzka! Is this a WEM or a FM ?

Thanks for asking, it’s a WEM – there’s typically a lot of sugar in flavored greek yogurts, and it adds up with the banana and oats. If it was just the half of banana, oats, and sour cream with vanilla extract instead, it could be an FM.

I generally use plain greek yoghurt for everything- including as a sour cream alternative. Would that make it a FM too?

Hi Zuzka ,
Doesn’t the oats make it a WEM ?Kindly confirm .

I would use it as WEM due to banana and oats, even if swapping the yogurt.
If the fruits would rather be berries and no grain added, then personnaly I count as a FM.
My typical FM smoothie are made of frozen berries, protein, maybe half-avocado and sometimes super-greens. It may not be the best taste, but I mostly look for the right macros.

oh my…just made this. YUM. I was skeptical. I used sour cream and instead of the van extract I used a couple drops of van stevia for extra sweetness. This was fantastic!
