Every good handstand requires the shoulders to be shrugged up to the ears. It gives you more control over your balance and it helps to protect your shoulders and wrists.

awesome! I am totally doing this this week! I love handstands but I totally need to work on doing the tuck handstand by jumping my feet together rather than one at a time 🙂
