5 Healthy Late Night Snacks
Recipes | February 15, 2016
Late night snacking seems to be one of the most common things that holds people back from reaching their fitness goals a lot faster. My best advice is to avoid late night snacks all together but it’s easier said than done, and I would lie if I said I never snack at night. So here are my 5 healthy late night snacks that are low in calories and sugar and extremely satisfying. If you don’t want to break a bad habit, at least be smart and stick to food that won’t sabotage all of your efforts to stay lean and healthy.

Hi Zu…I saw the video and I think if I am very hungry at night I would not bake anything…it takes time to bake (at least 20 min plus the time to prepare) and I would not wait so long to eat. Last two recipes are good because they are fast and liquid what I feel it is best to have at late night. I would suggest a glass of warm milk with cinnamon or a herbal tea without sugar. It was nice you sitting eating nutella and the face of your dog looking at you…hahaha…see you, take care.

Hot cocoa looks great !! I am always wanting a snack at 730 or 8pm. I actually feel hungry. I’ve been having kefir yogurt and unsweetened applesauce w cinnamon. Or homemade gluten free cheezits if I need to crunch! I do feel better when I stop eating at 6pm though this seems like the hardest part of being healthy for me!! I go through the exact rotutins you show in the video–wake up so determined and do great until evening!

usually I am tired and sleep at night. But I still have those chocolate issue, especially in winter time…living close to Switzerland and married to a chocolate addict takes you to the land of chocolate yummies.
Especially with almonds and other crunchy nuts inside.
