Avocado & Kale Smoothie Bowl (FM/WEM)

*This recipe is packed with healthy fiber and fat which helps to slow down the sugar absorption, however, if you have carb sensitivity, I suggest you to include this meal on your high intensity workout day. FM & WEM
Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:
1/4 avocado
1 frozen banana
2 Medjool date
2 cups kale, packed
1/2 cup almond milk (home made or store bought)
Topping:
2 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
Fresh berries
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl into the food processor and blend until you get a smooth and thick mixture.
2. Add the toppings and serve.
