Best French Toast Ever! (WEM)

Earn this delicious French toast with your workout if your goal is to get leaner. If you’re already lean, you can have it for breakfast without having to do your training first.
Ingredients:
One slice of whole grain bread teared into chunks (look for whole wheat flour bread)
1 large egg
2-3 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp of Choc Zero Maple Syrup
1 table spoon of coconut oil

Just done it! What a surprise! I didn’t have coconout milk or agave (here agave is pretty expensive), so milk and honey instead. But it’s really goooood!!
