Carrot Ginger Turmeric Smoothie (FM).

carrot orange ginger smoothie POST

*Makes 1 Portion

Ingredients:
2 carrots
1/2 cup water
1 orange, peeled
1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoon coconut milk (or heavy cream)
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric

Instructions:

  1. Blend the carrots and the water in a blender (I highly recommend vitamix) until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!

    I have been adding 1 tsp of turmeric and a pinch of cinnamon and blending in my bullet proof coffee every morning and it’s delishous!
