Carrot Ginger Turmeric Smoothie (FM).

Ingredients:
2 carrots
1/2 cup water
1 orange, peeled
1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoon coconut milk (or heavy cream)
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
Instructions:
- Blend the carrots and the water in a blender (I highly recommend vitamix) until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
