As healthy as before when? She’s creating a vegan meal plan because the first meal plan is not vegan and people were asking for one. Which likely means she is experimenting with lots of vegan recipes.

What do you mean by before? She look exactly like she did 6 months ago to me.

Just cuz she’s making vegan meals for a vegan meal plan does not make her vegan. And what you said about looking not as healthy, that’s either a lame joke or BS. Hopefully a lame joke. Next time mention that too.

Sometimes I forget how defensive fans can be. It was a personal observation and unsolicited even.

Yeah, you’re right. We’re just defensive fans, not decent people who find it rude and inappropriate to tell someone they “don’t look as healthy as before.”

Amen. Not sure how you can see a recipe post and think, “what a great opportunity to share my unsolicited opinions with Zuzka about her appearance!”

I know Z is probably super used to it, and doesn’t let it bug her, but it’s still rude.

Can’t wait to try the tacos. I’m not a vegan but roasted cauliflower is like vegetable candy!

Let me get this straight, unless someone asked for an opinion on their appearance you shouldn’t give one? You are silly.

Yes, it is rude. You can’t tell someone they look unhealthy, especially if you haven’t met them in person. Even then..only if you are close to them. Zuzka works so hard for us and comments like this are not necessary.

Yes, that is 100% correct. Why would you ever assume otherwise?

Yes, Chris I would not be so Quick as to comment on your appearance in a negative way at all unless I knew you IN PERSON OVER THE COURSE OF A YEAR OR MORE and you asked me or I was drunk and flippant AND WE WERE FRIENDS !
One thing I don’t think is too thoughtful is standing to your choice even though you know if someone did that to you … you’d expect an apology. So nope you shouldn’t give one especially to your Trainer that’s silly.

Wait, set me straight if I am wrong Chris but I have seen you comment very, very frequently on zuzkas posts all across social media for a long time now. You also have been a zgym member correct? So you are a fan yourself. Therefore you must follow her often and know she is not vegan. She has expressed creating a vegan meal plan for her plant based zgym members. So maybe the vegan inquiry and opinion on her body image is a tasteless joke? if I am wrong, could you elaborate on what makes zuzka apear not as “healthy as before” ? Because I think we are all very confused on that. Also it isn’t just about being “fans”. Zuzka is a human being and we respect her as one. Most likely this community would stand to any ones defense when some ones image is being rudely opinionated on.

I think it’s obvious he has an issue with a “vegan diet” and is projecting it onto Zuzka’s appearance. She looks exactly the same and a vegan diet is one of the healthiest diets (when not consuming vegan junk food.)

My thoughts exactly, I have seen him post plenty, for some time now.
The whole “speak your mind” on social media can really be damaging, especially when people just start typing without considering whether they would actually say what they are writing, to the person’s face. A lot gets lost when u cannot hear HOW someone is stating something too, so best to always clarify, wouldn’t u think?
Just making a comment on your appearance Chris, you look like a grown man who should know better.

ps I think you look better than any other woman I’ve ever seen personally and online in magazines etc. Next year I will be 50 and have been passionately studying and involved in professional bodybuilding for 25 plus years. Rachel McLish was the 1st Ms Olympia and by comparable standards of today I see you in the same ranks not title wise…haha unless you DO IT{quick plug , you would kick a#$ !! } you know Your structure is stunning you have pulled your muscles tight and strengthened your bones etc…I hate typing on my laptop….. gee whiskers I am daily knocked out by your physical appearance ability and stamina, I believe in God and can see you have sown and are reaping your bounty, the Best is yet to come
    I think sometimes emotions and circumstances cause us to lash out unexpectedly. have a great day. :}

Back on topic Thanks for the vegan friendly recipe! Wish I had the commitment to go vegan full time, but for now I’ll make do with incorporating vegan recipes as often as I can.

Hi Nadia, I am not Z. to answer this, but you can easily put the ingredients into MyFitness Pal, or whatever app you use to track macros and count it yourself. At least that is what I do, if I want to know đŸ™‚ Have a great day đŸ™‚

This recipe looks and sounds delicious! I’m going to try it this weekend. I’ve been eating mostly plant based foods recently after being inspired by a new female friend who is a vegan and a bodybuilder prepping for her 3rd competition.

Sorry to have hijacked your post, Zuzka. This looks like another tasty recipe. Too bad I am so rude or to bad your fans are. Not totally sure which it is. I find it Strange nobody bothered to ask what I thought I saw that worried me a little bit. But you see your not to worry even slightly over perfect people…it’s rude.

Actually, almost every one of us asked you what you meant and you didn’t answer us.

I reference you all to Zuzka’s most resent coffee talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRLpC6UlGz0

I have no problem with people being Vegan.
I figure if I see anyone that appears little off I will still tell them.
I would have told Zuzka to her face.

I live in a rural part of Taiwan and I wish there was a place I could find corn tortilla shells! (Having grown up on Mexican Food). So I actually have used the cauliflower to make a mock taco shell and filling were fish (not exactly vegan but yum.) I also made taco shells with shredded carrot. It worked, but labor and time intensive for my schedule. I’m definitely going to try this in a lettuce roll!
