Chia seed pudding is a go-to for breakfast. I just use milk unless I have some homemade almond milk. Milk is better for the cheesecake version. I add a tablespoon of cream cheese, sweetener and strawberries or blueberries, etc. for my cheesecake version. It’s a household hit!
