Easy And Fluffy Keto Bread
Recipes | August 22, 2021
I found this recipe on Ketoconnect.net and had to give it a try. This is probably the best Keto Bread I ever had. It’s really fluffy and the Stevia tones down the egg flavour. I did use the Cream of Tartar but it’s totally optional. As my mom in law says “finally a recipe that does not include weird shit”.
Ingredients
6 Large Eggs (separated)
1 1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar (optional)
1 pinch Himalayan Salt
6 drops Stevia
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
2. Separate egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites together with Cream of Tartar until you get soft peaks.
3. In a mixing bowl (or a food processor) combine the egg yolks,1/3 of the beaten egg whites, melted butter, stevia, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
4.Start adding the almond flour to the egg yolk mixture 1/4 cup at a time until all 1 and 1/2 cup is in and well combined.
5. Add the rest of the egg whites and mix very gently until fully incorporated.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased (buttered) loaf pan. It could be 8×4, or 9×5. They both work.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Check with toothpick, if it comes out clean, the bread is cooked through.

You can use add any kind of toppings just like you would on a regular bread. It’s really good with butter or avocado and scrambled eggs.

Hello Zuzka🌹I remember seeing you on the stairs of your house at the beginning of your now profession, I have always felt great admiration for you, I don’t speak English but I am discovering many ways to communicate with you and I am super excited. , now I’m 49 years old and I’m going through menopause🙃 I’m a little slow with the page, but I’ll make it! After telling you a little about my life😬 I want to ask you…if I can’t eat dairy, what can I replace the butter with, could it be coconut oil? I guess if I can, what do you say? a hug.

Hi 🙂 welcome to ZGYM Andre. Interestingly most people with dairy intolerance can tolerate Ghee – which is basically butter but with way less lactose. You can also use coconut oil as you have already guessed and other healthy oils such as olive oil or avocado oil.
