Frozen Fruit and Yogurt Cups (FM)
Recipes | March 31, 2016
*this recipes makes as many servings as you want, it’s super easy and simple and very delicious for breakfast or a snack 🙂
Ingredients:
Plain Greek yogurt (2 tablespoons per serving)
Fruit of your choice (I used raspberries, blueberries, kiwi and strawberries)
Erythritol (optional – to sweeten the Greek yogurt)
Instructions:
- If you like things on the sweeter side, mix some erythritol with plain greek yogurt to desired sweetness.
- Take silicon or foil cupcake wrappers and fill each with 2 tablespoon of yogurt.
- Top with favorite fruit selections and put in the freezer for at least 3 hours until solid.
- When you’re ready to enjoy, remove from freezer and let sit for about 15 min before eating to let thaw slightly (otherwise might be too frozen to bite through easily – depends on the strength of your freezer)
There wont be any macros for this recipe because it depends first on the brand of Greek yogurt you use and second the type and amount of fruit you’re going to use. So it’s highly variable and depends on the quality and quantity of ingredients you’re using.

Awesome easy recipe! Question: Do you count fiber as calories? Do you go by the carbs shown on the label or do you subtract the fiber?
Thank you Zuzka!!
