Fruit Smoothie Breakfast Bowl (FM)

*Makes 1 Portion

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen peaches
3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 orange, juiced
1/4 cup blackberries
1 kiwi
1/4 cup blueberries
2 TBSP chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Add the peaches, greek yogurt and orange juice to a blender until thick but smooth.
  2. Top with blackberries, blueberries and kiwi then sprinkle with chia seeds and enjoy!

    I make something very similar but I use cottage cheese. So refreshing and yummy. Trader Joe”s has organic frozen peaches right now that work great.
