Oh my god, I can’t believe no one has commented on this! My bf and I love sashimi, and this is the most mouthwatering, flavorful sounding variation I’ve seen. I really like all those flavors!! Will have to try this!

This recipe is really delicious. This dressing is really amazing!
I tried it with cooked salmon & a piece of bacon. & added garlic to the dressing WOW. Top knotch.
I now have this dressing in my fridge at all times.

I used onion instead of shallot. Grilled a 4 oz tuna steak with 2 teaspoons of avocado oil for 3 minutes a side in a cast iron skillet. I added some ginger to my raspberry leaf tea that I put on ice (added stevia for sweetness) for a beverage. I steamed a 14 oz bag of frozen cauliflower and added 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper for a mashed “potatoes” alternative. Very satisfying. The 1/2 avocado/1/2 grapefruit/tuna are in slices on a platter. I didn’t use the lettuce leaves. I will eat this in small batches throughout the day, which I prefer since heavy meals make me feel weighed down. Thank you, Zuzka!
