Recipes | August 19, 2019

FM and WEM meals guide

Ingredients:
4 cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal)
8 large eggs
1 tbsp oat fiber
1 tbs whey or egg protein powder
2 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Add dry ingredients into a mixer and mix until well combined.
  3. Having the mixer running start adding the eggs one at a time.
  4. Transfer the dough into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the bread comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool down completely for about an hour before you start slicing.

This is the perfect sandwich bread that can be also toasted and enjoyed with your favourite toppings. Made out of healthy ingredients, this bread will make your low carb/Keto Diet even more enjoyable.

Macros for the entire loaf:

3, 389.2 calories
100g carbs
58g fiber
41.9g net carbs
282.7g fat
151.7g protein

Now, don’t be scared by the macros! This is for an entire loaf. You’re not supposed to be eating it all in one sitting! Also, keep in mind that the macros will vary depending on the brand and whether or not you used whey or egg protein powder (macros based on whey).

    Hi Zuzka,

Without having categories such as Lunch, Dinner etc, it is really hard to find something in particular when you have 41 pages full of recipes.
Please add at least a search option in the RECIPES section.

    Zuzka and team,
I love your recipes. I hope that one addition to the new site will be adding a search option in the recipes section.
    Thank you.
