Keto Pancakes (FM)
Recipes | July 14, 2014
Today I have an awesome recipe for all of you who have sweet tooth and love pancakes! I mean who doesn’t like pancakes right? This recipe is gluten free, sugar free, Ketogenic, and absolutely delicious. I wanted to show you how fast and easy it is to make pancakes for breakfast so I made this video for just for you.
*Makes 5 small pancakes
Here are the ingredients:
2 eggs
2 oz cream cheese
2/3 cups almond flour
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (pick one that has less than 2g of carbs per serving)
2 teaspoons Stevia or Monk Fruit sweetener
pinch of salt
________________________________________________
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender and make a smooth batter. It should be on a thicker side. If you’re not sure, then watch the video to see the consistency. Heat up 2 table spoons of coconut oil or grape seed oil in a frying pan on medium to high. You should get about 5 small pancakes out of this amount of batter. It won’t take longer than 15 minutes to prepare this amazing breakfast for you and your loved one.

Do not be fooled! These do not taste like real pancakes made with white or wheat flour! They were better than some others though. If anyone has low carb recipe for pancakes that taste just like the real thing, let me know

Hello Zuz
I would like to know if you have any restrictions if it comes to your daily calorie intake?
Do you care about calories at all or you rather focus on avoiding sugar and eating healthy food?
Thanks in advance for your answer, kisses, Magda

Hi Z and Everyone!
These pancakes are really amazing! i love them and they are so simple. But I have one question Zuzka: I saw that the coconut oil is not good to fry because it doesn’t stand high temperatures. what do you think about it?
Thanks!!! =D

Hey Z!
Do you think I could replace the cream cheese by cottage cheese? Have you tried this?
