2-3 eggs is pretty much one portion. You can use 2 if 3 seems too much.

It doesn’t matter, it’s just a scramble from leftovers to make a decent portion for yourself. Use 2 to 3 eggs, and some veggies ands some cheese and you’re golden. It’s better to make a bigger portion and then of course you should follow the guidelines of healthy eating habits so that you don’t overeat. Don’t be afraid to leave food on the plate. A lot of times people find out that when they eat slowly, chew a lot and listen to their satiety signals, they don’t even want to finish whats on their plate.
