Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar (FM)

This is a quick and easy to make peanut butter chocolate bar. It’s low in carbs, low in sugar, so you won’t be experiencing and sugar high or sugar crush. However, it’s just as calorie dense as a regular chocolate so don’t go overboard.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 tbsp coconut manna (coconut butter – melted)
4 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp powdered sugar substitute (I use Swerve)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp sliced almonds (optional)

Calories: 321.6
Carbs: 8 g
Net Carbs: 4.2 g
Fat: 30.8 g
Protein: 5.7 g

        Hello Marilyn, I live in Switzerland and get all of my supplies from IHerb.com. They have good prices and cheap shipping too. You can get virtually anything Zuzka.uses: the sugar substitutes, coconut manna, cocoa, etc.

      I melted my coconut manna by putting the entire jar in a pot w some water and bringing the water to a simmer. It liquified in about 10 min or so.

    Great recipe! I poured my chocolate into tiny paper muffin cups for portion control and topped w shredded unsweetened coconut. Yum!

    I made this today and overall it tasted good but way too oily for my liking. Next time will use much less oil and more of something else.
