Quick Apple Cookies Snack (FM)

*This is such a simple snack; just adds a little more fun to your afternoon than just eating an apple, right? 😉
**Makes 1 Yummy Portion
Ingredients:
1 apple
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 tablespoon raw cacao chips
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Slice and apple into 3 large slices and use a knife to core and remove the seeds. Distribute the peanut butter and spread on evenly.
- Top with pecans, cacao chips and shredded coconut.
- Enjoy!
