Smoothie for Gorgeous Skin (FM)

*This smoothie is full of Vitamin C which is a powerful antioxidant that fights against aging and wrinkles. The beta carotene in carrots is known to be great for repairing skin tissue and protecting against harsh sun rays. Ginger has excellent anti-inflammatory properties, and helps with digestion both of which are important for healthy, glowing skin.
Ingredients:
1 orange
1 large carrot, scrubbed
5 frozen medium size strawberries
1 inch fresh ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp Swerve sweetener
1/2 cup ice
Tip: if you want to add some fat burning properties to this smoothie, you can add Pre-workout Protein Blend with botanical fat burner.
Instructions
Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Drink right away.

This cured my sweet tooth and the fact that I am always thirsty! Great way to get in my daily turmeric and my ginger, too. This will be a go-to for me almost daily. I always have strawberries in the freezer and carrots/oranges in my fridge. I used powdered turmeric and ginger, which I buy in bulk. All these ingredients are staple items in my kitchen so it’s so easy 🌷🔥
