Tuna Melt Stuffed Tomatoes (FM)

*Makes 2 Portions (1 stuffed tomato = 1 portion)
Ingredients:
1 can of tuna, drained
1 tablespoon mayo
1/4 avocado
2 large tomatoes
celery seed, salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoon mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the tuna, mayo and seasonings
- Slice off the top of the tomatoes where the stem was then using a knife and metal spoon, carve and scoop out the inside of the tomatoes
- Cut the avocado quarter in half and using a spoon mash into the bottom of the tomatoes, layer with tuna mix and top with cheese.
- Put oven to broil and move the rack to the middle, line a baking sheet with foil and put tomotoes into to roast for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and browned a little.

I see that there are places to save or like your favorite workout….but is there a way to save favorite recipes? That would be a bonus….maybe pintrest?
