Workout Schedule for the Week of December 1st
Workout Schedules | November 30, 2014
Hi guys,
This week we’re going to do 3 new workouts, 1 beginner workout, and a ZWOW #2 which I have modified and improved. Just wanted to give you the heads up about the intensity of each workout and why it’s important to mix it up. On Monday we’re doing a brand new Jump Rope workout which is fun and challenging, but not extreme. The extreme workout comes on Tuesday, when I want you to go back to CASH #4 – X and try to beat your personal best. Really push yourself and write down your scores. I know you are already stronger then the last time you did this workout, the question is how much?
Wednesday is dedicated to Beginners, but we are all going to participate to put our body through different moves and help with the recovery from the previous 2 days. On a day like this, which counts as an active rest day, your diet should not include any type of food that is high in calories or high in carbs. Try to stick mostly with veggies, protein, and little bit of healthy fats.
On Thursday we’re doing another high intensity workout, so hopefully your muscles will be already recovered. Friday will be dedicated to all of you who are ready for an advanced Kettelbell Workout Series. This is a workout #1 so you can expect the following ones to be gradually harder. Please remember that this workout is not for beginners at all. Kettlebell exercises are quite technical and if you are not already perfect in Kettlebell swing and have the strength to press 26lb kettlebell overhead, then you’re not ready.
On Saturday we’re doing a new Tabata workout that focuses on your glutes. You guys have been asking for Tabata and Lifted butt series, so I decided to combine these two and create a brand new and more effective series. You will not go so much out of breath during this Tabata workout, however you are going to feel your butt the next day, because every single exercise in that workout targets those muscles in a slightly different way. I was experiencing pretty good post workout muscles soreness. Sunday seems like a good day to chill and do some Power Yoga.

Doing the best I can following your worjouts. Btw, your almond flour pancakes are to die for! So light. I used almond meal and they worked out fine. I put a little agave on it. Just a touch, and they were sweet enough. A drop of pure maple syrup would be fine too, after a workout! This is going to be my Sunday winter post workout meal!
