Workout Schedule for the Week of December 29th

Hi guys,

This week is going to be hard for me. Smallz just passed away and I can’t even express the sadness I’m going through. He was my buddy that would hang out with me all day every day. He was always behind the cameras in his bed watching me working out, and sometimes I would bring him in front of the camera so that you guys can see him. I’m always a week ahead with my videos, so you guys will be able to see Smallz for the last time in some of the new workouts. I hope you will enjoy this weeks training and that you’ll stay consistent and strong. It’s the new year and we need to come up with some great resolutions that we’ll stick with for the entire year. One of mine is to stay positive and full of hope no matter what happens, and appreciate the time I have with the ones I love. What’s yours?

    Ohhh nooo… that was my first thing I “said” after reading first sentences. I am so sorry for your loss Z 🙁 I know how much he meant for you, what you and Jesse did for him and it is not log ago you brought him to your workout video.. I am so sad with you now 🙁 May the dog heaven have some nice lady dogs there so that he loves it there 🙂 I am going to light up a candle for him today. ♥ Lots of love to you both at home. K.

    OMG, I’m so sorry to hear about Smallz and your loss. I always loved seeing him in your videos and to hear of the amazing story of how you and jessie saved him. I feel so sad to hear this today. Just remember and feel good about all the love and great home you gave him. Take care and thinking of you !!
