Workout Schedule for the Week of December 29th

Hi guys,
This week is going to be hard for me. Smallz just passed away and I can’t even express the sadness I’m going through. He was my buddy that would hang out with me all day every day. He was always behind the cameras in his bed watching me working out, and sometimes I would bring him in front of the camera so that you guys can see him. I’m always a week ahead with my videos, so you guys will be able to see Smallz for the last time in some of the new workouts. I hope you will enjoy this weeks training and that you’ll stay consistent and strong. It’s the new year and we need to come up with some great resolutions that we’ll stick with for the entire year. One of mine is to stay positive and full of hope no matter what happens, and appreciate the time I have with the ones I love. What’s yours?

I’m so sorry for you and Jessie’s loss. It is a hard thing to go through. I lost my 22 yr old cat Kiki in November. She was my baby before my real baby came along. I still think I see her sleeping in certain spots she normally would. It’s hard to get used to.. But sometimes it helps to know how happy you made them and they made you. Also knowing they aren’t suffering anymore. Smallsies will always be with you! Thinking of you guys during this difficult time.

I’m so sorry to hear about Smallz :'( Take your time and don’t worry about making new videos right now. When my niece passed away the 1st 2 weeks were tough and I couldn’t get myself motivated enough to do any workouts. Only time makes it easier, not better, but easier.

So sorry for your loss.They aren’t just pets…they are part of the family. I’ve never gone through the loss of a person or any of my animals so I can’t imagine how it feels. All I know is when my cat had surgery I cried myself to sleep that night. Take however much time you need.

Sorry Zuzka. I understand how much they mean to you guys and it hurts so bad to lose them. They keep all your secrets and never judge you. But they just do not live long enough and that stinks.

Zuzka I’m so sorry about smallsie. I will keep u & Jessie in my prayers. Try to focus on all the positive & happy moments u did for smallsie & it will keep a smile on your face. Stay strong.
