Workout Schedule for the Week of December 29th

Hi guys,

This week is going to be hard for me. Smallz just passed away and I can’t even express the sadness I’m going through. He was my buddy that would hang out with me all day every day. He was always behind the cameras in his bed watching me working out, and sometimes I would bring him in front of the camera so that you guys can see him. I’m always a week ahead with my videos, so you guys will be able to see Smallz for the last time in some of the new workouts. I hope you will enjoy this weeks training and that you’ll stay consistent and strong. It’s the new year and we need to come up with some great resolutions that we’ll stick with for the entire year. One of mine is to stay positive and full of hope no matter what happens, and appreciate the time I have with the ones I love. What’s yours?

    I’m so very sorry for you…are buddies are part of the family so it hits you hard…remember the best times….stay strong. You n Smallz are in my thoughts n was just adorable x

    Zuzka, I know how you must be feeling, I had to put down my 10 yrs old cat for an incurable illness.
    But what I know is that you gave Smallz the best life possible, and you guys saved him as well from his previous owner.

    I thought all the workouts were super hard this week. I was looking at repeating a workout for tomorrow, but I find myself feeling that pretty ambivalent about all of them… Anybody else hesitant to repeat a workout from this week?

    Zuzka, what is the best exercise for toning inner thighs and keeping them lean? I have been training with you for many years & thank you for your continued commitment to creating new, interesting & exciting workouts, I look forward to daily!!
