I’m very excited for this week for several reasons. For one, I have really great new workouts for you guys, and one of them is the new Body Crush which is the first workout of this week. It’s a really intense ab workout so I can’t wait to read your comments and see your feedback 🙂 my abs were on fire and I absolutely loved it.
The other great thing is that I have finally added new pieces to my wardrobe and now I have some great new workout clothes which I also enjoy showing off 🙂 that’s the fun of being a girl. So again, I can’t wait for your feedback.
I’m also looking forward to the business trip to Cape Town that Jesse and I are going to take this week. I love traveling, and I’m really looking forward to do another fun vlog with Jesse so that should be fun. I’m also planning on shooting a coffee talk when I’m there, so if it all goes well, and we have a good internet connection, I will be able to upload it and post it right away.
And finally, my favorite TV show Blacklist is back, which has nothing to do with the ZGYM, or anything we talk about here, but I’m so excited that I can’t resist to share a little bit of my personal enthusiasm 🙂

I have a question – is there posibillity to have included easier excercise modification video in excercise library? I know it is usually written there, but I am not always sure, how it should looks like (I always prefer visualisation with voice than text) . Maybe it could contain usually made mistakes of excercise. Just a suggestion. (I really like excercise library – it is great bonus to learn all moves (regardless of the specific exercise). But I must say, that previous guides included in the main excercise video were much easier for me to follow especially with voice clue – now I have to check every move separately, and read every other text under and try to imagine it. But maybe I am the only one who have this “problem” 🙂

I’m excited for this week’s workout schedule! Last week was a rough week that I let get the better of me and I skipped a few workouts (which is something that very rarely happens anymore), so I think I might do the Dietbet extra a couple of the days just to help me feel like I’m back on track.

I love this workout schedule so far and I’m also doing the workouts for dietbet even when I’m not joining in. I will see how it goes over the weekend when I’m usually having days off. BTW I love Body Crush 13 – it was brutal but brilliant …I’m still feeling my abs 😀 . Looking forward new workouts and your Vlogs too. Thanks Zuzka for being an inspiration.

While I’m not participating in Diet Bet, I am LOVING the extra workouts each day, espeically the kettlebell workouts. Thank you Zuzka!
