Monday: Body Crush #6 (NEW in ZGYM)

Tuesday: JRC #1X – Beat Your Personal Best (push yourself faster through the bodyweight combos)

Wednesday: 5 Minute Workout #20 (NEW)

Thursday: Cardio Shred #5 – (NEW in ZGYM)

Friday: Pistol Squat Workout #7 (from the series Guns&Pistols)

Saturday: Power Yoga #5 (NEW in ZGYM)

Sunday: Beginner Class – Guns & Pisto Workout #8 (NEW in WORKOUTS)

Each workout is going to be posted (and a link will be added to this schedule) at 9am of (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone. You will be also able to see the new update on the home page.

If you prefer to do your workouts early in the mornings, then I suggest to get one day behind the schedule, so that any workout I post TODAY is your workout for TOMORROW.

      Sorry for that, but the point is that this guy knows what consistency means. He has been successful for many years, and quite frankly there’s not a single successful person that has not made a mistake or hasn’t been hated on for their actions, whatever their intensions may have been. He seems like he’s done a lot for the team for many years.

        Absolutely I really admire his focus Arsene Wenger is a legend!, consistency is key to all aspects of our lives I really need to stay consistent with my diet 😉 x

    this is my first ZGYM signups, and i’m just so happy! I did a lot of ZWOW in the last months, and i do every day 5 minutes workout also. Last week i tried Power Yoga in “open ZGYM”. It’s awesome, i can relax but at the end of the workout i start to sweat, because it’s so serious 😉 like your every workout 😉 this schedule looks like a fantastic challenge for me! thanks

    I´m so happy because also the time of workout schedule it´s perfect to me ! I workout late so when in Los Angeles is 9 am here is 2 pm so the same day I can do the workout of the day !! Great !! and really I´m changing my life, I´m more motivate, maybe good things like these are happening for a lot of bad things of my life and I can say that workout here, with you Zu, makes me feel so good and so happy, and i can challenge myself !! Thank you so much Zu.
