Monday: Body Crush #6 (NEW in ZGYM)

Tuesday: JRC #1X – Beat Your Personal Best (push yourself faster through the bodyweight combos)

Wednesday: 5 Minute Workout #20 (NEW)

Thursday: Cardio Shred #5 – (NEW in ZGYM)

Friday: Pistol Squat Workout #7 (from the series Guns&Pistols)

Saturday: Power Yoga #5 (NEW in ZGYM)

Sunday: Beginner Class – Guns & Pisto Workout #8 (NEW in WORKOUTS)

Each workout is going to be posted (and a link will be added to this schedule) at 9am of (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone. You will be also able to see the new update on the home page.

If you prefer to do your workouts early in the mornings, then I suggest to get one day behind the schedule, so that any workout I post TODAY is your workout for TOMORROW.

    Dear Zuzka,
    I have been paleo for the past 2 yrs and I work out regularly. I still cannot seem to get rid of the belly fat. Any suggestions? I currently do HITT workouts, but maybe I should be more aggressive with my training. HELP!

      You might try another diet… I don’t know much about paleo but from what I know it seems to me like a comfortable diet “solution” for those who just arent able to get rid of the excessive meat consumption. But as I said – I’m not too familiar with paleo…

        Hi Marketa, I would just like to point out that paleo isn’t about ‘excessive meat consumption’. That’s a common misperception, much like how keto means lots of bacon + cheese (I actually don’t like bacon + lactose sensitive).         Also, just based on my personal experience, I feel better and am leaner after being on the ketosis diet (I don’t eat meat everyday + I don’t like pork) for over a month + do Zuzka’s workouts about 5 times a week.

    Zuzka, I was a member of the old gym, now sweatfactor. I appreciate so much what you are doing that I chose also to sign up for your new gym. I think your new website is really nice.       I’m confused, too. The workout for tomorrow is supposed to be Pistol Squat Workout #7 (from the series Guns&Pistols), but she didn’t mention anything about it being new/getting posted tomorrow, and I can’t find it as a past workout in ZGym.

      Does anyone know where we’re supposed to find this one?

        Im sorry for the confusion, it is going to be posted on Friday early morning. I didn’t put NEW because it is an old series, so I didn’t want it to be misleading. Instead I just confused you 🙂 haha sorry. You’ll find it in the workout schedule and on the front page tomorrow.

          Oh awesome! Well, it’s new to me anyway, haha. Still nowhere near being able to do pistols, but I guess I’ll be getting more practice tomorrow. Thanks for clearing that up!
