Monday: Body Crush #6 (NEW in ZGYM)

Tuesday: JRC #1X – Beat Your Personal Best (push yourself faster through the bodyweight combos)

Wednesday: 5 Minute Workout #20 (NEW)

Thursday: Cardio Shred #5 – (NEW in ZGYM)

Friday: Pistol Squat Workout #7 (from the series Guns&Pistols)

Saturday: Power Yoga #5 (NEW in ZGYM)

Sunday: Beginner Class – Guns & Pisto Workout #8 (NEW in WORKOUTS)

Each workout is going to be posted (and a link will be added to this schedule) at 9am of (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone. You will be also able to see the new update on the home page.

If you prefer to do your workouts early in the mornings, then I suggest to get one day behind the schedule, so that any workout I post TODAY is your workout for TOMORROW.

    I very rarely comment I just do my workouts and read all that these lovely people have to say and some where take something with me that will help me grow as an individual.
    I have been following you Suzana since your early beginning and through everything that has happened along the way …some good and some well not so good.
    But you are a genuinely good person and that well …no one can squash. Thats why you keep shiny brighter every time , I just want to say a very big thank you and the world needs more hearts like yours xx

    Hi zuska,

    I follow you since you post your workouts on youtube and I always loved it, but I have one question. It’s really possible to get your body only with these workouts? without Gym and hours of training? the problem is not to get skinny but the defenition of muscles.

    I started my training with you today and I’m ready to try!

      Yes absolutely. I have started doing my short intense workouts 7 years ago, and I was one of the pioneers, but there’s been so much research and evidence since then, to support this approach, that more and more people are turning to these types of workouts. I’m glad you’re on board! Make sure that you are really pushing yourself and try not to pause the video. Have fun!

        I am glad to hear that these short intense are all you do and they work. I plan to follow and become so much stronger. I do try to add more rounds as I like a little longer. Please answer though: Where do you fit yoga in? Do you run or power walk and when do you add those in? after workout? later?

        Also, do you advise that people add more of your routines after they already do one?
        I am just trying to get a perfect routine going for me.

    Ok due to me working out early am, this starts for me Tuesday. I really enjoy working out daily. Taking a day off is only if I am completely sore or have the flu!

      Hi, Wednesday workout is going to be posted on Wednesday, Thursday’s workout is going to be posted on Thursday… I don’t post all the workouts at once. I’m posting each day at 9am.
