Workout Schedule for The Week of November 17th

This week we’re going to shake things up a little. I decided to re-shoot the entire Kettlebell DVD for beginners. I’ve been getting a lot of e-mails about this DVD set and since they haven’t bee available outside of United States and I have no control over the DVDs, it makes sense to have them available here in the ZGYM™.  I’m also going to re-shoot the old ZWOWs to put them back on YouTube and include them into our workout schedule. And the last series that needs to be back asap is Guns & Pistols, so there will be a lot of variety in this week’s workout schedule! I hope you’re excited and ready to rock.

Saturday: Kettlebell Workout for Beginners #1 (NEW in ZGYM)

Sunday: 5 Minute Workout #10  & Power Yoga # 2 (Workouts, ZGYM)

    Zuzka, I’m so in awe of what you’ve done here. This is the best that it’s ever been–including the old Bodyrock days. I’m so proud of you! I’m glad you’ll be reshooting and posting the old ZWOWs, will they be free on YouTube now?

        Hi Zuzka,
        I have been using your old videos on YouTube from zwow but now they are all blocked. They show that they are private videos. Is there a way I can still get to see them? They are really great. And Also live in holland ( the Netherlands) and would love to continue using your videos.

          Hi Fabby, I wish I could keep them published, but I don’t have the rights for them anymore, so the only thing I can do is to gradually re-shoot them..

            I’ts a very very good news! Thank you Zuz! I’m with You over 1,5 year, with few breaks (i’t wasn’t good, I have to repair my physical condition now again 😛 It hurts!) and I love your energy and workouts <3

      Have you ever tried these workouts? 🙂 I think you should give it a try. Yes you can get in top shape with these workouts.

    Hi Zuzka,
    Quick question: Would maybe 2 min of jump roping and 100 KB swings be a sufficient warm up?

        Thank you. I am not good or motivated with warm ups as I just wanto to get to the workout and I remember you doing things like Buy ins and Buy outs which sometimes I used as warm ups. I may do 5 min of jump rope as warm up today and us the 100 KB Swings as my “finisher” before stretching.

      Hey, Zuz, I have a question? Can I access your old zwow’s and zshreds? I really like the old ones, and I do those
      while I am waiting for your new ones….Let me know how to access, cuz I do these everyday and I inspire my ladies in my
      fitness class to push harder and do more…so I have to do more myself…

        I wish, but I don’t have the rights to post them anymore, that’s why I had to take them down even from my youtube channel and thats why I thought it would be a good idea to re-shoot them.

        I’ll be incredibly happy to have the old ZWOWs back (although I really love the new workouts as well, of course).

    So excited for kettlebell & new ZWOW’s!!!! And thank you for posting the workouts the evening before. I workout very early in the morning and am happy to know I can now follow the weekly workouts as scheduled 🙂

    DVD’s KB are amazing !!!! I have it and do the workout daily, so Im very happy because Zu can share here in ZGYM, the excercises are really awesome ! And also Im so happy for the old YouTube ZWOWS maybe some of those I know from DB challenge and I’m so excited to do aaaaaaaaaaaaall the workouts here and I´m ready to rock !!! 😉
