This week we’re going to shake things up a little. I decided to re-shoot the entire Kettlebell DVD for beginners. I’ve been getting a lot of e-mails about this DVD set and since they haven’t bee available outside of United States and I have no control over the DVDs, it makes sense to have them available here in the ZGYM™. I’m also going to re-shoot the old ZWOWs to put them back on YouTube and include them into our workout schedule. And the last series that needs to be back asap is Guns & Pistols, so there will be a lot of variety in this week’s workout schedule! I hope you’re excited and ready to rock.

How sweet of you, zuzka for redoing those KB DVD here and posting workout before the day start which means I don’t have to sneak at work. Yay. Another week of crazy and intense workouts from you. I’m doing your routine at the gym now and I’m so proud of showing it off because its tough. When people approached me about what I was doing I immediately give them your site and convince to sign up to your zgym because its effective and worth it. 🙂

Hold on….your gonna re-do all those workouts?? No….don’t do that…your body changed just like all ours did with you
while we sweat and struggled with you through killer zshreds that made me cry to those I felt so amazing afterward…If you do
all those over we won’t see your amazing transformation of perfection—-and you grew up a little. You started a little shy and less aggressive to this maniac who doesn’t drink water anymore!! The old ones show you in the beginning….it’s only fair to leave those there…The ones’ in the garage, the alley, the yard!! They are so great and so completely perfect!! It would be a shame to take those away.. 🙂

What about us new to Zuzka’s workouts? I, like many others had started to do the zwows & suddenly through no fault of Zuzka disappeared.I can’t wait for the kettlebell & others workouts.I just wish I’d found Zuzka earlier.

Hey Z, you are so strong to do daily workout and re-shoot everything…do you ever rest? don’t hurt yourself nor get exhausted!
Can you make a post about the difference in your workout styles please ? e.g. what is more cardio, what is more resistance training (e.g. uses props). I do train with you for several years (with some ups and downs ..including a pregnancy..in the downs obviously) and I’d like to train for a triathlon which is stead-state cardio, therefore I like to focus on your workout for more resistance component, that would help to direct my training if knowing what is what. thanks , and keep bringing your signature 😉

I’m putting my workout schedules together in a way that targets our cardio and strength in a balanced way. I believe that cardio and strength training should go hand in hand for maximum results. BodyCrush and Cardio Shred are the two workout series that will get you best prepared for triathlon. Body Crush is bodyweight only and I use extra weights in Cardio Shred however that doesn’t necessarily means that Cardio Shred is always more intense than Body Weight workout. It all depends on the exercises, because many times our own bodyweight gives us more resistance than dumbbells or kettle bells.
