Workout Schedule for the Week of November 24th
Workout Schedules | November 23, 2014
Hi guys,
I hope you had a great week and weekend! I’ve been reading through your comments and tried to gather as much requests from you possible to make sure that the workout schedule reflects the communication between us. Here are the most common special requests:
1. Kettelbell workouts for beginners
2. Kettlebell workouts for advanced
3. Tabata workouts
4. Lifted butt series
5. Guns & Pistols series
When putting together the workout schedule, I have to make sure that we have 2-3 days of easy routines that will help us with recovery. You can’t just go balls to the walls 7 days a week (pardon my French…). So my take on this is to give you 4 new Zgym workouts a week instead of 3 for the next little while, until we catch up with the older workouts, that some of you already have at home in form of DVDs. I will rotate the routines in a way that everyone gets their favorite workouts at least bi-weekly.

Yea the six pack exercises… I mean I’m still hoping to get my core tight with the kettlebell and stuff but it would be good to have some core focused workouts.
But I realize that Z works hard to balance all of our requests…so thank You Z π

Thanks for agreeing to do some Advance Kettlebell workouts. I did the beginner Series for most of this year mix with your other workouts of course. For 1 whole month I only did the beginner Series…it is an awesome series. I’ve been going heavier (16 kg) and doing more rounds to make it a little more challenging for me. I’ve been doing Kettlebell since late 2007 and like using my competition bells instead of the fitness bells. In all honestly your workouts are really good and have gotten me the best results and kept me consistent out of all the other fitness professional. Happy Workouts and Holidays Zuzka and everyone

Hi Z,
I posted this last night on your other weekly thread since I am not sure where to post certain thoughts. I will repost here. Thanks!!!
Hi Zuzka,
Not sure where to post when I am thinking, lol. I was going to do your Beginners KB #1 today, but since I drove for 5 hours Friday, no workout yesterday, and drove for 5 hours last night, I wanted something more intense than a rest day workout. I ended up doing your old ZWOW #18. I loved it. I warmed up and cooled down with Essentric stretching. Now, my question is this: #18 was 5 Rounds of 4 exercises. It took me 30 min. It was intense and my heart rate was soaring and my muscles burning. I am just wondering what is the benefit of doing 5 or 6 rounds like you have done on some, vs doing 3 rounds? I like going longer than 15 min, so usually push another round of your workouts, but want to make sure I am not doing harm or going backwards, but moving forwards with my fitness, if that makes any sense. Hope you see this and reply.
Thank you
