Workout Schedule for the Week of November 3rd

Hi everyone!

 

I hope you’re just as excited as I am for this upcoming week. Zgym is open to everyone, so make sure to use that to your advantage and don’t miss a day of training. We’re going to do some awesome workouts together:

 

Monday: BodyCrush #5 – 300 reps for Super Butt  (NEW in ZGYM)

Tuesday: CASH #1 – Beat your personal best!

Wednesday: 5 Minute Workout # 3

Thursday: BodyCrush #1 – Beat your personal best!

Friday: CASH #4 X (NEW in ZGYM)

Saturday: Power Yoga #4 (NEW in ZGYM)

Sunday: 5 Minute workout #19 (NEW in WORKOUTS)

Each workout is going to be posted at 9am of (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone. If you prefer to do your workouts early in the mornings, then I suggest to get one day behind the schedule, so that any workout I post TODAY is your workout for TOMORROW.

    On the old site, you had a link to some warm up videos. Do you still have these posted anywhere? I was having trouble finding them.

      Thank You!! If you go to ZuzkaLight.com on the right side mid-page there is a search window, type in ‘Warm Ups’ and it should bring you to my warm up Routines..

        Thanks! I did try that but it didn’t work :(. I’ll try again! And I did find a link to one warm up in another video after posting this question. Oops!

    Hey Zuzka,
    Congrats for the new site, it looks great ! I just had difficulties to understand why you changed the names of your WO ? Cause what you call Crash is ex Zshred right ? Or is it new WOs nothing to do with ZShred ?? And Bodycrush are old Zwow ?? And would it be possible to make a search or selection life for exemple to see only all the Summer ABS Series or the 5 min WO???
    Otherwise very good work !! And please, more vlog ! Love them 🙂

      I think it’s because the names Zwow and Zshred are associated with the old site and she want to have something different and new

      i think that the names “zwow” and “zshred” belong to WIN and that Zuzka is not allowed to use these terms.

    Hi Zuzka, after much research, I realized that many of your exercises, especially yoga are related to The Five Tibetan Rites. All except the spinning. Thanks for including noted youth enhancing exercises to your workout.

    please i am trying to login it s not working, and i am a member still you charging me so what should i do ? i tried in sweat factor the web side it s not working , I went to Zgym to login from 8 November also not working . So what s the solution ?

    Congratulations on starting your own business! Very happy with the new site! I really like the week schedule to have no guessing in what I’m going to do.
