Hi everyone!
I hope you’re just as excited as I am for this upcoming week. Zgym is open to everyone, so make sure to use that to your advantage and don’t miss a day of training. We’re going to do some awesome workouts together:
Monday: BodyCrush #5 – 300 reps for Super Butt (NEW in ZGYM)
Tuesday: CASH #1 – Beat your personal best!
Wednesday: 5 Minute Workout # 3
Thursday: BodyCrush #1 – Beat your personal best!
Friday: CASH #4 X (NEW in ZGYM)
Saturday: Power Yoga #4 (NEW in ZGYM)
Sunday: 5 Minute workout #19 (NEW in WORKOUTS)

Each workout is going to be posted at 9am of (PST -8) Los Angeles time zone. If you prefer to do your workouts early in the mornings, then I suggest to get one day behind the schedule, so that any workout I post TODAY is your workout for TOMORROW.

I’ve considered a long time whether to join ZGYM or not. There seemed to be quite a few issues with the recent transition however I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt here…I’m going to try ZGYM for this week and also sign up for November and make the most of this intro period. Now that Zuzka is on her own I’m excited to get on board.

Who is the Cash# 1 Workout?Where is publicated?I cant find it!

Z, you could create some categories in a menu for the workouts, (just as before) so that we can find them easily. All the Body Crush in one category, than the Cash in another one… it would be easier to go forwards and backwards in the workouts.
