Master The Pistol Squat & Overcome Your Limiting Beliefs

I know that some of you guys have been trying to master the pistol squat for a long time. Some of you for years. This video is for you, the you that never gives up, just needs a better strategy.
If you’re a complete beginner, and I you don’t even know where to start, this is a great video for you. I’ll give you a plan that will help you make a difference.
And if you’re someone who’s given up a long time ago, then I have something for you as well. A different way to look at life, goals and failure. You might reconsider or use that information to pursue something else you find worth while.

The cutting/slicing part was very helpful for me. Iām good at planning but often I have overwhelmed myself with my enthusiasm.

I love this post! I’ve been doing Zgym religiously for almost 3 years. I could barely do push-ups on my knees. I thought it would be impossible to do 1 regular push-ups. I just kept coming back to Zgym every day and now I can do 10 real push-ups. I thought pistol squats were impossible. I can’t do one yet, but I 100% KNOW that I will. I’ve been doing one leg stand ups from a chair based on the suggestion in this post, then moved to a lower chair. I can really see the improvement. Like Zuzka says in the post, don’t beat yourself up. You are making progress. Just keep it up!

I did it!!! I just did a pistol squat on both legs (although it was far from graceful on my left side)! Thank you, Zuzka! Your knowledge, inspiration and motivation is undeniable.
