    This was great! Hope my calves grow! The hardest part was holding the 35lbs dumbbells for all the reps; my grip felt weak after doing pull ups and chin ups.

    Hey Zuzka! Do you still have that Monster kettlebell? I think it looked like a werewolf that was 90-100lbs…? You used it in a couple of workouts.

    Zuzka I have a silly question, seeing as I only have the 1 voodoo band can I do 1 leg at a time? Is that stupid? LOL

    Oh my gosh Zuzka you were not kidding when you said this would be challenging! I did 1 leg at a time with my 40 lb kb and every round , around 11,12 my calf was on FIRE!! Especially the 3rd round! Wow my leg didn’t want to go up anymore,😅. I did a nice stretch after and I am looking forward to doing this. It was still quick even though I did 1 leg at a time. love it!

    Isn’t there any wrap technique for the abs 😀 haha?

    Zuzka, thank you so much for this! My calves are my biggest problem and this is just perfect! Going to buy a second band to make it go a bit faster.

      You’ll love it, it’s just so much easier and faster then trying to do million reps for the calves 🙂 also you can do 30, 20, 10 reps once you get stronger.

      And update – this is is awsome! Thank you Zuzka so much! 0,5 cm on both calves, I was NEVER able to acheve this much in such a little time 🙂

    Are we supposed to do just 3 sets or 3 sets, three times through for a total of 9 sets?
