5_minute_workout_32_abs

This is a great routine that you can do not just on your easy days, but also as an addition to your regular workouts as a bonus. You will attack your abs and core from many different angles and even raise your heart rate up a little, however this workout is not enough to earn your carbs…unless…you complete 3 rounds and make it a 15 minute training.

1. Scissors

2. Side crunch left side

3. Side crunch right side

4. Plank Jacks

5. Russian Twist

6. Bird Dogs

Intervals of 10 seconds rest and 40 seconds of max. effort.

When counting your reps, count one rep of plank jacks after jumping your legs in and out.

    I have to say Z- I am sore EVERY week from your workouts. Not a bad sore, a good sore. Amazes me how effective under 30 minutes can be! Thanks for everything! I needed this “active rest day”.

    Hi Zuzka,
    I made this wo into a 15 min training. I used a 25 lb KB for the russian twist. I got a good burn! Happy Friday! xoxo

      Hi Janin, you can’t join via paypal because German paypal doesn’t support recurring billing unfortunately, however you can join using your credit card. By the way, my website ranks really high in terms of security so you don’t need to be worried about that.

          Hi Janin, i also live in Germany …and i had no problem to pay for zgym with my credit card 🙂
