5_minute_workout_32_abs

This is a great routine that you can do not just on your easy days, but also as an addition to your regular workouts as a bonus. You will attack your abs and core from many different angles and even raise your heart rate up a little, however this workout is not enough to earn your carbs…unless…you complete 3 rounds and make it a 15 minute training.

4. Plank Jacks

5. Russian Twist

6. Bird Dogs

Intervals of 10 seconds rest and 40 seconds of max. effort.

When counting your reps, count one rep of plank jacks after jumping your legs in and out.

    Hi Zuzka and friends, I love abs workout…I really like to do abs and I can do any number of it. I did 3 rounds in 15:40.

    Done it first thing this morning I was a bit rushed and half asleep but its good ab burnout will definitely include it at the end of other workouts.

    now I try to copy paste but the same ….

    Amazing Abs workout! Well, I did 3 times 5 minutes wo # 32; also I did 5 minutes wo # 8 and I did 5 full rounds, Dive bombers killed my arms hahhaha! Then I did 5 minutes wo # 7 with 4 full rounds + # 1 + # 2 + 8 reps of exercise # 3, last time I did only 4 full rounds; and for finish my night I did a personal KB workout with 5 differents exercises of 20 reps each one and I did 2 full rounds in 9:06 minutes ! And now I’ll sleep ! Good night
