This is a great routine that you can do not just on your easy days, but also as an addition to your regular workouts as a bonus. You will attack your abs and core from many different angles and even raise your heart rate up a little, however this workout is not enough to earn your carbs…unless…you complete 3 rounds and make it a 15 minute training.
Workout Breakdown

2. Side crunch left side
3. Side crunch right side
4. Plank Jacks
5. Russian Twist
6. Bird Dogs

Intervals of 10 seconds rest and 40 seconds of max. effort.
When counting your reps, count one rep of plank jacks after jumping your legs in and out.

KB # 1 all levels 10:35 minutes and 5 minutes workout # 32 (again) 🙂 I did two times, it’s a great abs workout and I think I’ll do daily, maybe sometimes I’ll change or add some exercise ! 😀

hi Zuzka. yesterday I had a car accident and I fracture the wrist of my right hand. I am doing you workouts from zgym and Zcut power strength DVD everyday and now I do not want to stop. which of your workouts can you recommend to do to keep me in shape. Hi Carmen, I’m so sorry. I’m glad it was just the wrist and that you’re alive. If you’re careful you can do any lower body exercises without weights. You can also do any ab exercises on your back. I suggest you look through the Lower Body and cardio Workouts in the ZGYM. You won’t be able to jump the rope, but you’ll be able to do the same exercises without the rope until your wrist heals.
