- Lay on your back engage your abs and lift your legs and upper body up at the same time to touch your toes
- Lay back down and then sit up, tucking your knees at the same time and touch your heels
- Lay back down and then sit up, opening your legs wide apart and try touch the ground reaching through your open legs. These 3 moves alway count as one set.
