Bridge Push UP
ZGYM | August 04, 2014
- Lay on your back, bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground.
- Place your hands beside your head, with your fingertips pointing towards your shoulders.
- Lift your hips up, and tighten your thighs.
- Push your hands into the floor to raise yourself up to straighten your arms.
- Allow your head hand in between your shoulders.
- Push through your legs, straightening them as much as possible, and try to keep your knees close together. Make sure they don’t separate wider than the width of your hips.
- Bent your elbows to get the crown of your head as close to the ground as possible and then push back up.
- Avoid turning your feet out or splaying your elbows out to the sides.
- If doing push ups is too hard, then your goal is just to work on getting in and out of the bridge.
