Bridge Push UP

  • Lay on your back, bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground.
  • Place your hands beside your head, with your fingertips pointing towards your shoulders.
  • Lift your hips up, and tighten your thighs.
  • Push your hands into the floor to raise yourself up to straighten your arms.
  • Allow your head hand in between your shoulders.
  • Push through your legs, straightening them as much as possible, and try to keep your knees close together. Make sure they don’t separate wider than the width of your hips.
  • Bent your elbows to get the crown of your head as close to the ground as possible and then push back up.
  • Avoid turning your feet out or splaying your elbows out to the sides.
  • If doing push ups is too hard, then your goal is just to work on getting in and out of the bridge.
