18 sec slower but I increased the kb weight from 20kg to 25kg for goblets and for three point heel raises as well and from 20kg to 37kg for deadlifts 🙂

I ended up taking the weekend of from work outs, I was exhausted from work as well. Yesterday I did one hour of vinyasa yoga and today was really looking forward to come back to the zgym. Fantastic routine as usual. Happy rest of your week friends.

I love this one because it’s effective and super quick. Completed in 15 min. Used 60 lbs for those deadlifts and squats, 25 pounds for the calf raises. Next time I think I’ll use my 12 lbs KB for the pistols. Love you, Z!

Wow that was great and really tough after a JRC routine. I used my 50lb kb for dead lift, 25lb KB for squat, and 35lb kb for calf raises.

I am sitting all day, so wanted to do something to boost my metabolism before winding down with some easy yoga. This is such a great essentials’ workout. So short but ticking all the boxes. Loved this. I am going to finish with 5min Burn out #115 and yoga stretches before I keep going back to my super-lazy Sunday with a book.

deadlifts – 37kg; squats – 25kg; heel raises – 25kg; I started and finished with 10 jump lunges and I did 30 sec of high knees each time along with jump lunges (between rounds and at the end I did 20 jump lunges and one min of HK)
