Hi Zuzka, LOVED, loved, loved this one! It looked like a simple circuit but it was a total killer. Those Tree Point Heel Raise combo was a calves’ burner! xoxo

I used to think my favorite 3 words were “I love you.” This has now been replaced by “And We’re Done.” Also, “And That’s 10!”
Seriously, this was a great and challenging workout, my calves are burning.

This is definitely my fav. While I do not have a pull up bar ( yet) I use my medium kettle bell to do sit up, then get into the squat into an overhead lift. My legs are feeling very noodly.
I am so sorry for you and Jesse’s loss. Always hard to lose a member of our furry family members. Much love! 🐾

So Good Zuzka! The pull ups were tough. I used to be able to do 5 much easier. I haven’t practiced them in a long time. Sure goes away fast when you’re not working on them. Thanks for a really fun wo! Also, sorry about yours and Jesse’s loss. Tough…Hugs to you

I fell one rep behind on the beast squats and the push ups on both rounds! I struggle with goblet squats because of long femurs, but have no excuse for the push ups – need to add them in more regularly again.
112 cals, HR138/161. Z’s pace and reps.
