I grabbed this one during my lunch break and it was a perfect one for me today! I’ve been working on perfecting my form on pushups, daily…and pullups, too. And I could tell the progress when doing this one!

Yup, that is exactly my ‘Okay, I think I can pull it off and look like I didn’t spend last 24 hours crying’ face. Then you try and smile aaaaand the ‘I can do it’ feeling is gone because the tears are coming back to your eyes. hardest part for me were the weighted squats. not hard at all for cardio. if the keto diet slams your energy what good is it if you don’t have the endurance to do more rounds? less rounds means less calories burned and less cardiovascular fitness and less muscles used.

This was great, I loved it. The weighted squats were the toughest for me.
Z – just a suggestion – I would love to add a 5 minute abs to the end of some workouts. Do you have any? Maybe you could one under the cool down links? Just an idea!

13:57. Used 48lbs for the deads, then 48 for squats round 1 and 35 for the squats round 2. 15lbs db for the heel raises. whew…
