I really enjoyed this one! It definitely got my heart pumping. I did goblet squats with my 45 lbs KB for the deadlift/squat, and used 18 lbs barbells for those calf raises. It took me about 15 min. I think I could go faster if I weren’t trying to be quiet, but I appreciated that there wasn’t jump roping, so I could do this without waking people up! Haha. Next time I will do this with my 5 lbs ankle weights for more challenge. This is definitely a favorite!

For me this was the perfect workout. Targeted all my problem areas. It’s that time of the month so I feel like a slug. I could only do one pull up but I stepped up and focussed on the negatives for the other four. That one pull up was perfect I think. Will do some stretching. I used my 35 kettle bell but I didn’t do squats. I just held it. I used my 15 lb dumb bells for the calf raises. I tried to get as low as you do in the jump lunges. I am going to mark this as a favorite. Simple, effective, and hits all the problem areas.

Really liked this workout. It was fun. I enjoyed the way the exercises were mixed up and then consistent with the jump lunges. I could feel soreness kicking in as soon as I was finished with the workout. Awesome, thanks!

14:04, using my 40lb KB and 15lb DBs. Unassisted pistols and pull-ups (although my feet did touch the ground in between reps).

Great Workout and finished ahead of Zuzka having days off is great as I come back quicker and stronger I’ve started to realise its important to give your body a rest days in-between!!!! xoxo
