Great workout! I tried pistols yesterday and cramped majorly in my right thigh. Today, I modified pistols for surrender with 25lb KB, and it was a major burn. I don’t have a pull up bar so I just did pike press against the wall. Any better exercises equivalent to pull ups without the pull up bar?

I was lazy to workout today but because Zuzka’s wos are so short, there is no excuse. 15 minutes can be done even through the highest level of laziness haha. Mission accomplished and I can spend rest of my day being lazy and reading my book with an easy conscience π it wasn’t as hard as I thought it will be. I felt really big burn in my clves doing heel raises. I used my heavy KB for them as well.

Yo Z! Happy Easter! Here in Germany we have two Easter days. This workout was great to start out the week. I still am not able to go all the way down with those pistols, but Iβm working on it. Kind of embarrassing after two and a halt years in the Zgym. My knees donβt like that movement.
l am going to do the cool down that you posted in Instagram. Are you going to include that one in the Zgym? The three hundred rep you mentioned in an Instagram post this week and I noticed that you are sticking to your promise π₯Ίπ.
